Does Reflex work with my existing phone number?
You have two options and we set up whichever suits you. Option one: keep your existing business number. If it is already on the side of your ute and in people's phones, Reflex fires from that same number so everything stays consistent for your customers. Option two: get a new dedicated business number through Cortex. Your personal mobile stays completely separate. When you eventually sell the business, the phone number is a transferable asset that goes with it. We cover the cost of the new number as part of your setup.
