USAGE RATES & BILLING
1. About these Rates
The following rates apply to AI, communication, and platform usage across your My AI Sidekick subscription. These charges only apply once your included monthly free credits are used up — anything within your free allowance is, well, free.
Rates are listed in alphabetical order. The "What $10 buys you" column is there so you can quickly see what your usage actually looks like in real numbers, not decimals.
This usage rates and billing schedule forms part of your agreement with My AI Sidekick. For the full terms governing your use of the Services, see our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

* Usage rates may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The current rates published on this page apply to all usage from the date of update onwards.
3. How billing works
You don't get a surprise bill at the end of the month. Here's the system:
- Free credits first. Your subscription includes a monthly allowance of free usage credits. All usage comes out of these credits first.
- Then prepaid top-ups. Once you've used up your free credits, a $20 prepaid usage credit is charged to your card on file. You spend down from this credit as you use the Services.
- Auto top-up. When your prepaid balance is about to hit zero, another $20 is automatically charged to your card to keep things running. No manual reloading. No interruption to your phone answering, follow-ups, or quotes.
- Customise your top-up amount. $20 is the default, but it doesn't have to be. If you regularly spend $50 a month on usage, we can change your top-up amount to $50 so you're charged less often. Same for any other amount that suits how your business runs. Just let us know.
4. Free credits — use them or lose them
Your monthly free credit allowance does not roll over. Anything you don't use in a given billing month resets to zero on your next billing date.
This is deliberate. It keeps the system simple, keeps the rates fair, and means you're not penalised for a quiet month — you just start fresh the next one.
5. GST
At the date of this schedule, My AI Sidekick is not registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST). No GST is currently charged on usage rates or fees. If My AI Sidekick becomes registered for GST during the term of your subscription, GST will be added to all rates and fees from the effective date of registration, and you will be notified in writing prior to GST being applied.
